I've been captivated by all the new techniques used by chefs ever since seeing the double episodes the late Anthony Bourdain​ filmed several years ago with Chef Ferran Adria at his restaurant el Bulli.  The Netflix series Chef's Table is just as captivating.  One evening while I was re-watching an episode and playing with the Tree of Life block I spied a dish who's color scheme I fell in love with and they became the colors for this quilt.

This quilt could be adjusted in size by reducing the size of the HSTs while increasing the number of blocks.
